2025 Events at Tunbridge Wells Cemetery

Fungus Walk
Wednesday October 22nd at 10am

Our popular fungus walk with Martin Allison will take place on 22nd October. Last year over 40 species were found. We wonder if this will be a bumper year?

Catholic Blessing of Graves
Sunday 16th  November at 3pm

This annual event will take place in the Catholic section of the cemetery, where the clergy of St Augustine's church will say prayers for the souls of the departed.

​

Following the blessing of the graves, hot drinks and refreshments will be available in the Friends chapel

Remembrance Day
Sunday 9th November at 12.45pm

Starting at 12.45 in the WW2 Garden of Remembrance, wreaths will be laid at the 4 War Memorials in the cemetery, ending at 1.15 at the RAF Memorial.

After the ceremony, the Friends Chapel will be open for refreshments . There will be an exhibition about VE and VJ day with reference to Tunbridge Wells.

Annual Advent Concert
Saturday 6th December

Once again we will be hosting our annual advent carol concert on the afternoon of 6th December. Join us for a fun filled afternoon of singing, hot wassail, cake and raffle.
